Knit Sweater with a Buttoned Collar
A heavy sweater worked in a raised basket stitch across the chest and the sleeves. The collar stands high at the neck and folds over on itself, held by two buttons set to one side. Ribbing runs around the cuffs and the hem, and a band of the same rib crosses the body low down. The sleeves are long and shaped so the stitch pattern carries all the way to the wrist.

- High collar on two buttons. Fasten it against the neck or let it fall open.
- Ribbed cuffs and hem. They pull in and hold the sweater in place.
